Tatuaje Havana VI Nobles

When Tatuaje it’s not my place of profession and it’s almost new for me. It’s very famous and one of the hottest brands in the cigar world do its my bad being classic in my taste. Yet I’ve smoked some of Don Pepin Garcia cigars the man who makes the Tatuaje cigars for Pete Johnson the brand owner. Let’s get down to business and smoke this stick to see what it has to show:

Pre light:

Size: 5″ x 50
Wrapper: Ecuador
Binder: Nicaragua
Filler: Nicaragua
This is a well constructed cigar wrapped in a dark brown leaf with medium sized veins and fair amount of oils. Perfect easy draw that delivers lots of aromas; wood, cocoa, earth and mild coffee.

1st:

Mild to medium smoke in body and medium in flavors with just a plan sweet tobacco and little kick of pepper, but that doesn’t last long since it shows gradually increase in body and flavors. An inch down and the cigars showing some of the aromas mentioned in the cold draw, with some sweet woody core and touch of earth and cocoa hints while the body is straight medium.

2nd:

The body still the same but there is a noticeable change in the flavors profile; more of that sweet woody notes, pepper, rich coffee and earthiness and some a some black tea in the background.

Final:

The cigar gets wilder in this part with more strength and pepper to take the lead, the tea notes mentioned earlier got stronger but still on the background and double shot of espresso added to the cup. At the end it’s more earthy than ever during the smoke process and the strength in the upper side of medium.

Final thoughts:

It’s is a good but not great cigar and delivers what you paid for. Not a real complex flavors profile and not really strong. It’s that cigar you want to smoke at any occasion whether with your morning coffee, afternoon cup of tea or after dinner. I can’t see a lot of change with aging it, but since I got a box I’ll keep some for awhile.

Feel free to add your comment and thoughts down there.
